Application:
The ZXBL series pump is specially designed to deal with a fluid containing a part of the gas. This kind of pump can be widely used in food, chemical, pharmaceutical and similar applications. In particular, the reflux pump is used in the (CIP) in-situ cleaning system.
Texture of material：
All over liquid parts, pump shells, pump covers and impellers are made of AIS1316L stainless steel. The motor shield is made of AIS1304 stainless steel, and the sealing ring is made of EPDM ethylene propylene rubber.
Over liquid part material: AISI316L stainless steel or AISI304
Other parts of material: AISI304 stainless steel
External surface polishing
Inner surface: polishing
Overliquid sealing material: EPDM ethylene propylene rubber and silicone rubber
Standard design:
The static ring of the mechanical seal of the sanitary machinery is made up of the AISI316L steel embedded in the silicon carbide, and the movable ring is made of graphite. The ZXBL pump has a stainless steel cover to protect the motor and four adjustable stainless steel legs.
