Installation site

The installation foundation of sanitary pump should be flat and strong enough. When installed, it should be installed at the lowest position of equipment as far as possible, that is, the location with maximum lift height.

Power connection: when checking the power is consistent with the parameters of clicks, the wiring must be connected according to the wiring method of the clicking terminal box. There must be air on the power supply, such as thermal relay and other protective switches, and there must be a grounding wire.

Pipeline installation: the diameter of the pipe and the inlet and outlet diameter of the pump should be the same, and the inlet pipe diameter should not be small. (when the pipe diameter is less than the diameter of the pump, the eccentric adjustable tube to adjust the small bore pipe as short as possible, to avoid the formation of air pocket parts. ) the outlet pipe diameter can not be large, the outlet pipe diameter is larger than the pump exit, as far as possible to extend the distance from the pump outlet, so as to avoid the overload of the pump motor.

System monitoring device:

At the inlet and outlet end of the pump, a valve and a pressure gauge shall be fitted to adjust the flow and monitor the running state of the pump. If necessary, the flow meter can be installed on the system pipeline.
