The auxiliary seals used for general mechanical seals are mechanical seals of metal bellows. In light seals, auxiliary bellows are used for auxiliary seals.

Installation requirements for mechanical seal of sanitary pump

1, pay great attention to avoid installation deviation from installation

(2), with the clearance between the gland and the shaft or sleeve diameter (i.e. concentricity), around to evenly, not more than 0.01 mm check with the feeler the tolerance.

2, the volume of spring compression should be carried out according to the regulations, not allowed to have too big or too small phenomenon, and the error is 2 millimeter. The end face pressure is added to the assembly to accelerate the end face wear. Too small can cause insufficient pressure and can not act as a seal.

3. After the ring is installed, the ring should be automatically sprang back after the ring pressure is pressed to the spring.
