The deep well submersible pump is debugged at room temperature in the process of experiment. The installation is compressed by cylinder, the temperature of cylinder is 500 to 700 degrees, and the pressure is 3 to 5MPa. The difference between them is very large. When working, deep well submersible pumps also spray deep well submersible pumps at temperatures around 90 degrees, which will also affect the viscosity of diesel oil, because the internal leakage of plungers and needle valves is increased, and the amount of oil returned is much higher than that during commissioning.

Three. The phenomenon of inhomogeneous supply of oil supply caused by the failure of the machine parts
When the locomotive is used, the deep shaft submersible pump drives the coupling loosely or the clearance increases, causing the drive gear to wear out and the backlash increase. It will also affect the uniformity of the oil supply of each cylinder.
In addition, because of frequent vibration or insufficient tightening leakage and tightening strength, the joint of the high pressure oil pipe will cause the metal to fall off and block the oil pipe, which will also lead to the uneven oil supply of each cylinder.
In the deep well submersible pump and the governor spring, the plunger spring is of strong force, large deformation and high working frequency. So the breaking frequency is also high. The quantity of fuel injection is reduced, the injection of each cylinder is uneven, the interval time of each cylinder is too bad, and the start time of the injection is delayed, and the heavy oil supply interruption can not even supply oil.
