Structural characteristics
Compared with the WFB type self-priming pump, the WLZ (WZY) self priming pump has obvious technical advantages.
1, the impeller of the pump is closed structure. The efficiency is 10% to 15% higher than that of the open structure of the WFB impeller. The power of the same energy parameter pump is generally lower than the first grade, and the energy saving is remarkable. Meanwhile, the impeller has good cavitation performance, and the installation allows the suction depth to be 0.5 to 1m deeper than that of the WFB pump.
2, the water pump self priming adopts “ the multi-channel vane air water separator (self sucker) ” it has the outstanding characteristics of completing the self suction process quickly. Compared with the WFB pump, the self suction time of the single volute type pressure chamber is shortened from 1/3 to 1/2, and the pump volume is small and the weight is light.
3, there are two types of water intake: the WLZ type pump adopts the pipe type structure, and the inlet and outlet can be in the plane 360° any azimuth is inhaled and discharged. The WZY pump adopts the lower suction type, and the discharge port can be in the plane 270° in any direction. When the pump is overhauled, there is no need to disassemble the inlet and outlet pipes, especially the small area of the WZY type, so as to save the investment of the infrastructure.
4, the seal is made up of multi-faceted fluid dynamic seals. It is composed of auxiliary impeller seal and stop seal. WFB type hydrodynamic seal is not equipped with special stop and seal, which is not suitable for frequent startup occasions.
5. The connection method is the direct connection of the pump and the motor. From the end of the motor, the pump is rotated clockwise.
6, the inlet of the pump without a WFB pump that with check valve or solenoid valve vacuum breaking auxiliary equipment, has the U type auto destruction siphon tube special structure and air balance hole, shutdown, siphon effect can not pump the liquid stored in, therefore, as long as the first run is filled with liquid, after running need to add liquid, realize a liquid injection, for life.
7. The pump can be equipped with a control cabinet. It has various functions according to the automatic starting and stopping of liquid and overloading alarm and so on. It can realize unmanned operation and work automatically.
