1. The coaxiality of the shaft of the motor and the shaft of the pump exceed the stipulations.

2, the shaft of the pump is bent or the rotor is unbalance.

3. There are foreign objects or impeller friction in the impeller.

4. Friction between the rotor and the shell;

6, the base bolt is loose.

The vibration solving method of multistage pump operation:

1. Find a positive coupling;

2, straightening shaft, rotor balancing;

3, cleaning the impeller or changing the impeller;

4, adjust the clearance between the rotor and the shell.

5, adjust the gap or replace the bearing;

6, fasten the base bolt.
