It is very necessary to check the health pump before it is installed.
1. Whether the power source calibrated on the motor nameplate is consistent with the field power supply.
2. Whether the driving device is intact (whether or not it is damaged during the transportation or storage);
3, the stainless steel sanitary pump meets the special environmental conditions (whether the inflammable and explosive ring mirror, the acid corrosion ring mirror).
The location of the sanitary pump:
The foundation of stainless steel sanitary pump should be flat and strong enough.
The pump unit should be installed at the lowest position of the equipment as far as possible, that is, the position with the maximum head height;
Pipeline installation: the diameter of the pipe and the inlet and outlet diameter of the pump should be the same, and the inlet pipe diameter should not be small. (when the pipe diameter is less than the diameter of the pump, the eccentric adjustable tube to be adjusted, the small bore pipe as short as possible, to avoid the formation of air pocket parts) exit diameter cannot be too large, outlet diameter greater than pump outlet, to extend from the pump outlet distance, so as not to pump motor over load.
