KCB gear pumps have many kinds of bearings. According to their materials, they can be divided into copper bearings, steel bearings and composite bearings. According to their lubrication methods, they can be divided into dry friction bearings, oil bearing, incomplete oil film bearings, fluid film bearings and so on.

The lubrication of the bearings in our factory is incomplete oil film lubrication, and many kinds of bearings have been used, such as copper, steel, copper base steel, self lubrication and so on.

The copper bearing of the KCB gear pump has good toughness, general wear resistance and good protective effect on the shaft. It is suitable for transporting materials without impurities and lubricity.

The bearing strength of steel arc gear pump high, good abrasion resistance, strong resistance to deformation, but the process of surface heat treatment requirements; copper based self-lubricating bearing has the advantages of steel and copper bearing steel bearing, lubrication and self lubricating oil tank and the combination, can effectively avoid bearing burning, but the process is complicated the high cost. It is suitable for transporting materials with low lubricity of impurities.
