1. No liquid supply, insufficient supply of liquid or insufficient pressure
1) the pump has no water injection or no proper exhaust
Elimination measures: check whether the pump shell and the inlet pipeline are fully filled with liquid.
2) low speed sanitary pump
Elimination measures: check whether the wiring of the motor is correct, whether the voltage is normal or the steam pressure of the turbine is normal.
3) the head of the system is too high
Elimination: check the head of the system (especially the friction loss).
4) the absorption process is too high
Elimination: check the existing net pressure head (the inlet pipeline is too small or too long to cause great friction loss).
5) impellers or pipeline plugging
Elimination measures: check whether there are obstacles.
6) the rotation of the direction is wrong
Elimination measures: check the direction of rotation.
7) leakage of air or inlet pipeline
Elimination measures: check the inlet pipeline with cavitation and / or air leakage.
8) the filler or seal wear in the packing letter so that the air is leaked into the pump shell.
Elimination measures: check packing or seal and replace it as needed to check whether the lubrication is normal.
9) pumping hot or volatile liquid when the suction head is insufficient
Elimination measures: increase the intake of water and consult the manufacturer.
10) at the end of the valve is too small

11) entrance valve or pipe the immersion depth is not enough
Elimination measures: consult the manufacturer with the correct immersion depth. Use the baffle to remove the eddy.
12) the clearance of the impeller is too large

3) the turning part bitten to death
Elimination measures: check whether the clearance of the internal wear parts is normal.
4) axis bending
Elimination measures: straighten the shaft or replace it as required.
5) the speed is too high
Elimination measures: check the winding voltage of the motor or the steam pressure of the turbine.
6) the water head is lower than the rated value. Too much liquid
Elimination measures: consult the manufacturer. Install the throttle and cut the impeller.
7) the liquid is heavier than the expected value
Elimination measures: check the proportion and viscosity.
8) the packing box has no correct packing (insufficient packing, no correct plug or running, packing too tight)
Elimination measures: check packing and reload packing letter.
9) incorrect lubrication of bearing or bearing wear
Elimination measures: check and replace according to the requirements.
10) the running gap between the wear ring is not correct
Elimination measures: check whether the clearance is correct. Replace the wear ring of the pump shell and / or impeller as required.
11) the stress of the pipe on the pump shell is too large
Eliminating measures: eliminating stress and consulting the manufacturer. After the stress is eliminated, the situation is checked.
