1, impeller is the core part of centrifugal pump. Its speed is high and output is large. The impeller on impeller plays a major role. Impeller must be statically balanced before assembling. The inner and outer surfaces of the impeller are required to be smooth in order to reduce the friction loss of the flow.
2, the pump body also known as the pump shell, it is the main body of the pump. It serves as a supporting fixation and is connected to a bearing bracket.
3, the function of the pump shaft is connected by the coupling and the motor, and passes the distance of the motor to the impeller, so it is the main part of the transmission of mechanical energy.
4, the bearing is a component that supports the pump shaft on the pump shaft, and there are two kinds of rolling bearings and sliding bearings. Rolling bearings use butter as a lubricant to be used as a lubricant to be properly 2/3 ~ 3/4 of too much volume will be hot, too little noise and heat! The sliding bearing uses transparent oil as a lubricant and refuel to the oil level line. Too much oil should be exuded along the shaft of the pump and drifting, too little bearing and overheating and burning to cause accidents! During the operation of the pump, the temperature of the bearing is the highest at 85 degrees, generally running at 60 degrees. 5, the seal ring is also known as the leakage reduction ring. The gap between the impeller and the pump shell will cause the pump within the high pressure zone of the water flow through the gap area of low pressure water pump efficiency and reduce the influence! When the gap is too small, the friction between the impeller and the pump shell will be worn out. In order to increase the return to reduce the internal leakage resistance and service life of the delay of the impeller and pump casing, junction with sealing ring in the pump casing and impeller aid, sealing gap should be between 0.25 ~ 1.10mm.
6, the filling letter is mainly composed of packing, water sealing ring, packing cylinder, packing gland and water sealing tube. The function of stuffing box is mainly to seal the gap between the pump shell and the pump shaft, so that the flow of the pump does not flow to the outside, nor does the outside air enter the pump. Keep the vacuum in the pump all the time! When the friction between the pump shaft and the filler produces heat, it depends on the water seal to pipe the water into the water seal to make the packing cool! Maintain the normal operation of the pump. So in the operation of the pump circuit inspection of the packing letter inspection is to pay special attention! The packing should be replaced about 600 hours or so.
