Chemical pump is the joint design of energy-saving pump, pump performance, technical requirements, performance and size according to the international standard ISO2858 design, the utility model has the advantages of a full range of water performance, reasonable layout, wide range of users select “ open ” structure, maintenance convenience, efficiency and absorption process reached the international advanced level. Berson chemical pump classification: stainless steel plastic chemical pump, chemical pump, fluorine plastic chemical pumps, electric chemical pump, pneumatic chemical pump.
1. According to the different material of chemical pump, the following classification is made to its application field.
1) chemical pump (stainless steel) is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, synthetic fiber, pharmaceutical, food, synthetic fiber and other sectors to transport alkaline corrosive medium.
2) chemical pump (fluoroplastic material) is used to transport any acidic and alkaline corrosive medium.
3) chemical pump (cast iron) is used for industrial, urban water supply, drainage, and also for farmland, orchard irrigation and drainage, for transporting clear water or other liquids similar to water and physical and chemical properties.
Two. According to the different uses of chemical pump, the classification of the pump is introduced in detail.
1) process pump: including feed pump, reflux pump, circulation pump, flushing pump, sewage pump, supplementary pump, output pump and so on.
2) public engineering pumps, including the boiler pump, the cooling tower pump, the fire pump, the deep well pump for the water source.
3) auxiliary use pump: including lubricating oil pump, sealed oil pump, hydraulic transmission pump and so on.
4) pipeline transport pumps: Pumps for oil pipelines, pumps for loading and unloading, and so on.
Three. According to the principle of work and the classification of the structure:
1) vane pump: when the pump shaft is rotated, various impeller blades are driven to transmit liquid to pipes or containers by centrifugal force or axial force, such as centrifugal pumps, vortex pumps, mixed flow pumps, and axial flow pumps.
2) volumetric pump: the pump, such as reciprocating pump, piston pump, gear pump and screw pump, is used in the continuous change of the volume of the pump cylinder.
3) other forms of pumps: electromagnetic pumps that use electromagnetic transmission of liquid conductance, and pumps that transport fluid through fluid energy, such as jet pumps, air lifting devices, etc.
Four. Classified according to the medium of transport:
1) water pump: including clean water pump, boiler feed water pump, condensate pump, hot water pump.
2) corrosion resistant pump: including stainless steel pump, high silicon cast iron pump, ceramic acid proof pump, opaque graphite pump, hard rubber pump, rigid PVC pump, shielding pump, diaphragm pump, titanium pump and so on.
3) impurity pump: including slurry pump, sewage pump, pump, pump, pump and pulverized coal ash.
4) oil pump: cold oil pump, hot oil pump, oil slurry pump, liquid hydrocarbon pump and so on.
Five. Classification according to the conditions of use:
1) large flow and micro flow pump: the flow rate is 300m³ /min and 0.O1L/min;
2) high temperature pump and low temperature pump: high temperature up to 500 degrees C, low temperature to Z53 C;
3) high pressure pump and low pressure pump: high pressure up to 200MPa, vacuum degree 2.66---10.66kPa (20— 80mmHg);
4) high speed pump and low speed pump: high speed up to 24000r /min, low speed 5— 10r/min;
5) accurate metering pump: the metering accuracy of flow rate is ± 0.3%;
6) high viscosity pump: the viscosity is up to thousands of seconds (Pa· s).
