1. It can't start
Reasons: the reasons for the failure of the long shaft pump are motor or power supply system failure, the rotor parts have foreign objects, the bearings are stuck, and the starting condition is not satisfied.
The solution is to overhaul the motor or power supply system, clean up the rotor parts, clean up or replace the bearings, check the conditions to meet the conditions of insufficient flow or no water.

Reasons: generally, there are impurities on the suction side or outlet side or impeller, excessive wear of seal ring, impeller damage, incorrect steering, low lodging, inadequate depth and air intake.
The solution is to clean up filters, impeller, guide vane, discharge pipe and valve system, replace damaged parts, calibrate steering, measure voltage and frequency, check motors, and improve suction level.
3. Abnormal vibration and noise of the long shaft pump
Solution: we need to increase the intake water level of the long shaft pump, or turn off the outlet valve and impeller, correct the static balance and correct the concentricity of the shaft, and replace the straight shaft, the tightening anchor bolt, the replacement bearing and the guide bearing.
