Pay attention to the selection of sewage pump:
1, make water pump use the environment, choose the right type of water pump (general wet and dry)
2, calculate the pump's lift. When customers and the transmission distance is also in the head, this is wrong, the ground transportation distance multiplied by the coefficient of friction, can be in the head.
3, pipe elbow wear and pipe friction should be included. In actual situations, these are all different. Accurate calculation is quite troublesome. Therefore, it is suggested that we should leave some space to ensure that the pump can produce water.
4. If the stainless steel sewage pump is selected, the acid and alkali of the water should be clear and the diameter of the particles are included, and the suitable stainless steel material is selected. The general 304 material is suitable for PH4~10, and 316 or 316L stainless steel is recommended over this range.
5, the pump must be used in the rated lift range to ensure that the motor is not overloaded.
