Classification of valves according to main parameters

Press public pressure

(1) vacuum valve: refers to the valve whose working pressure is lower than the standard atmospheric pressure.

(2) low pressure valve: refers to the nominal pressure PN ≤ the valve of 1.6Mpa.

(3) medium pressure valve: refers to the nominal pressure PN for 2.5Mpa, 4.0Mpa, 6.4Mpa valves.

(4) high pressure valve: refers to the nominal pressure PN to 10.0Mpa to 80.0Mpa valve.

(5) ultra high pressure valve: refers to the nominal pressure PN≥ 100.0Mpa valve.

(6) filter: the nominal pressure PN is 1.0Mpa, 1.6Mpa

According to working temperature

(1): ultra-low temperature valve for medium temperature valve T<101 C.

(2) at room temperature for medium temperature valve: the valve 29 <t<120 DEG C.

(3) medium temperature valve: valve used for medium working temperature 120 <t<425 C.

(4) high temperature valve: the valve used for the working temperature of the medium t>425 C.

By drive

Classified into automatic valves, power driven valves, and manual valves according to the driving mode

Compressed air driven valves. Hydraulic valve: a valve driven by liquid pressure, such as oil.

In addition, there are several combinations of the above driving modes, such as gas - electric valves, etc.

According to nominal path

(1) small diameter valve: nominal diameter DN≤ 40mm valve.

(2) medium diameter valve: nominal diameter DN of 50 ~ 300mm valve.

(3) large diameter valve: the nominal valve DN is 350 ~ 1200mm valve.

(4) large diameter valve: nominal diameter DN≥ 1400mm valve

According to structural characteristics

The structural features of the valve are divided into the direction of the shutoff relative to the seat movement.

(1) the door shaped: the closure of parts moving along the center of the seat; such as cut-off valve

(2) cock and ball: the closure is a plunger or ball that revolves around the central line of its own; for example, a cock valve and a ball valve.

By connection method

(1) threaded connection valve: body with internal or external threads, connected with the pipe thread.

(2) flange connection valve: the valve body with flanges, connected to the pipe flange.

(3) welded joint valve: the valve body is welded with a welding groove and welded with the pipe.

(4) a clamp connecting valve: the valve body has a clamp and is connected to a pipe clamp.

(5) card sleeve connection valve: connect with the pipe with the card sleeve.

(6) to the clamp connecting valve: a connection between the valve and the two pipes directly with a bolt.

Press body material

(1) metal material valve: its body and other parts are made of metal material. Such as cast iron valves, cast steel valves, alloy steel valves, copper alloy valves, Aluminum Alloy valves, lead alloy valves, titanium valves and Monel valve.

(2) non metal material valve: its body and other parts are made of nonmetallic material. Such as plastic valves, enamel valves, ceramic valves, glass steel valves, and so on.

(1) the angle stroke includes the classification of ball valve, butterfly valve, cock valve and so on

(2) straight stroke includes gate valve, cut-off valve, angle seat valve and so on.
