The following method is used to deal with the vibration of the pump during operation:

(1) the loosening or installation of the foundation bolts is not perfect.

(2) water pump and motor installation are not concentric;

(3) entering air or occurring cavitation;

(4) the damage or wear of the bearing of the pump;

(5) the discharge of air from the outlet pipe;

[exclude measures]

(1) tighten the bolts and improve the basic installation.

(2) correction of concentricity;

(3) to find out the cause of air entry and take corresponding measures to eliminate, and the occurrence of cavitation will reduce the height of water absorption and reduce the loss of water head.

(4) replacement or repair of bearings;

(5) install the exhaust facilities at the remaining air.

When the motor is overloaded in the pump operation, the water pump is handled according to the following methods.

[cause of failure]

(1) high speed;

(2) the flow of water pump is too large;

(3) the foreign body in the pump;

(4) the mechanical loss of motor or water pump is too large;

[exclude measures]

(1) check whether the motor is matched or not.

(2) shut down the gate of the water gate;

(3) remove the foreign body by dismantling the pump;

(4) check the clearance between the pump impeller and the pump shell, and whether the pump packing, the pump shaft and the water pump bearing are normal.
