1, the stainless steel drain pump seal ring loses elasticity due to long term use. At this time, the sealing ring can be removed. Then a piece of paper or cloth, which is zero point three to zero point five millimeters thick, is cut into a slightly larger pad than the original seal ring, and then loaded into the groove. Finally, the original seal ring is installed.
2, the nylon sealing seat in rubber sealing ring wear, the sealing ring is removed, and then replace the position of installation, such as sealing and fastening spring ring on the loss of elasticity or fracture, can remove the spring, with a proper diameter of wire or wire tie.
3, the oil hole rubber seal ring is damaged, can find a piece of rubber cloth, cut into a bit larger than the bolt hole, the upper side add flat, together set in the bolt into the oil hole.
4, the sealing box and the sealing ring between cast iron lose elasticity. The sealing ring can be removed from the cast iron slot, and a hard paper shell with a thickness of zero point six to one millimeter is cut into the same size, padded in the slot, then the sealing ring is put into it.
5, the first seal ring is seriously worn out, and the nylon sealing ring can be removed. Then the butter asbestos rope is applied, wrapped on the stainless steel sleeve and filled to a slightly higher level than the original nylon seat, then filled with butter, then the nylon seat is compacted with bolts.
Most of the leakage of stainless steel sewage pump is caused by mechanical seal problems. For the pump to work stably and reliably, we must carefully calculate the working pressure of the pump and consider the influence of the pipeline when selecting the type. We should pay attention to raising the temperature, physical and chemical properties of the liquid. In use, we should comply with the operation specification, avoid the malfunction caused by misoperation, check the operation frequently and discover the problems in time. The repair and assembly should be careful, attention should be paid to the tightness of the seal ring of the spring and the dynamic and static ring. Only in this way can we prolong the service life of the pump, reduce the leakage and maintenance, and provide the guarantee for the normal production.
