The seal of the heat conduction oil pump is very different. The key is to analyze how to reduce the seal temperature if it is maintained.

1, single end seal form: general use of injection type washing, washing liquid is about 100 centigrade to reduce the second line wax oil, pressure is higher than the seal cavity 0.05~0.15Mpa. Hot water (soft water) is used for rapid cooling of the outside of the cover. It is generally possible to use a cycle (ten months).

2, the friction pairs are hard to hard (YG6/YG8, SiC/SiC, etc.), and have good effect on medium with high viscosity, medium containing a small amount of solid particles or medium produced by crystallization.

3, double end machine seal form: using circular flushing, adding external cooling, life is 1.5~2 times of single end.

4, metal bellows seal form: compact structure, easy to install, in the same auxiliary system, the life of the ordinary seal 2~3 times.

The domestic hot oil pump is set up with cooling water jacket around the sealing cavity, which can be cooled by cold water, which can reduce the temperature of the sealing cavity to 200~250 C.
