The following points should be paid attention to when the centrifugal pump is operated.

(1) prohibit the operation of water free, do not adjust the absorption of the population to reduce the displacement and prohibit running under the low flow rate.

(2) monitor the operation process, completely prevent the packing box leakage, and replace the packing box with new packing.

3. To ensure that the mechanical seal is fully flushed with water, and the water cooled bearings are not allowed to use excessive water.

Do not use too much lubricants;

Check according to the recommended cycle. Set up the running records, including the number of hours, the adjustment and replacement of the packing, the addition of lubricants and other maintenance measures and time. The suction and discharge pressure of the centrifugal pump, the flow rate, the input power, the temperature and the vibration of the lotion and bearing should be measured and recorded regularly.
