Selection of lining material according to reasonable ore types

Many kinds of slurry pump lining materials, such as high chromium cast iron, high chromium cast iron and wear-resistant rubber, in the face of numerous materials, many businesses are indecisive. Material selection of high chromium cast iron, its anti-wear performance is good, only use the concentrator slurry containing thick, sharp; high chromium white cast iron material has good abrasion resistance, but its toughness is poor, can not withstand the impact of a larger solid particles quickly, otherwise will cause the shedding of the impeller surface material, section due to corrosion the formation of pits; corrosion resistance performance of wear resistant rubber material wear resistance, better than the metal material, elastic, but only suitable for conveying fine slurry without edge. So the selection of the lining of the slurry pump should be selected according to the type of ore, so that the use rate of the pump can be improved.
