G series of low noise pipe shielded electric pump adopts a unique structure with full closed and no mechanical seal. The stator and rotor are made of stainless steel sleeves and shielded and sealed respectively. The conveying fluid can enter the internal cooling of the motor, so as to solve the problems of leakage, environmental pollution, poor reliability and difficult maintenance of ordinary pipeline electric pumps due to mechanical seals. The rotation part of the mill bearing, conveying medium lubrication, low noise is the green environmental protection product upgrading. Because of its low noise, no leakage, reliable operation, maintenance free and so on the advantages of the users trust.

G series of shielded electric pumps are mainly used in the cooling and hot water circulation of HVAC, industrial and urban building water supply, fire pipeline supercharging, long distance water conveyance and so on.

Working conditions

1, this series of flow ranges: 1-1080m³ /h, poplar range: 5-105m.

2, the pressure of the electric pump system is 1.0MPa (or 1.6MPa), that is, the pump suction pressure + Poplar "1.0MPa (or 1.6MPa)". When the user demands that the system pressure is higher than 1.0MPa, it must be put forward at the time of order.

3, the transmission medium is water or physical and chemical properties similar to liquid water, the temperature of the medium "95° C (N and NY) or" 150° C (GY), the user selects the GY shall be equipped with outer circular cooling water system; when the medium temperature is lower than C, shall be 20° put in order, the factory will take special measures.
