2. The pump suction inlet and outlet are both horizontal, simplifying the connection of pipeline.

4. The pump head can be added and reduced according to the needs of the pump series and the diameter of the cutting impeller can be satisfied, without changing the installation area, which is not available in other pump classes.

5. The motor and the waterproof cover can be used in outdoor use, and the pump room should be cancelled to save construction costs.

6. The pump rotor has a relatively small winding and is selected as a 4 stage motor, so it has a stable operation, small vibration, low noise and long service life.

The vertical multi-stage pipeline pump is composed of water inlet, middle section, outlet section and balance device, which is assembled in the factory and installed on site. The water inlet outlet can be placed on the opposite side or on the same side, and it should be ordered according to the design requirements, or it can be adjusted by the user.

Matters needing attention during installation of vertical multi-stage pipeline pump:

1. Check the water pump base position, elevation, anchor bolt position and level of foundation surface before installation.

2. After the multi-stage pump is in position, it should be adjusted to ensure the vertical degree of the flange plane of the inlet and outlet water interface, and the inlet and outlet pipe should be supported, so that the flange of the inlet and outlet should not be subjected to excessive pressure and fracture.

3. When graphite packing is used, a hose should be taken from the box to the nearest ditch or drain.

4. The calcium base lubricating oil should be re-added before operation.

5. After the multi-stage pump is installed, the car should be mounted to check whether the shell and the car are too tight.
