Matters needing attention:

1. The temperature of the pump should be less than 40 C in the use of the pump, and the temperature of the motor shall not exceed 75 degrees C.

2. After 1000 hours of normal operation of the magnetic pump, the wear and wear of the bearing and end ring should be removed, and the unusable parts should be replaced.

3, because the coolant and lubrication of magnetic bearings are dependent on the medium being transported, it is absolutely forbidden to turn the air to the air, and avoid the time and space load caused by the restart during the operation.

4, for the medium which is easy to precipitate and crystallize, the liquid should be cleaned in time after use, and the liquid in the pump is discharged.

5, in the transmission medium, if the solid particles are contained, the inlet of the pump should be added into the filter net: if it contains ferromagnetic particles, a magnetic filter should be added.

6. The conveyed medium and its temperature should be within the allowable range of the pump material. The working temperature of the engineering plastic pump is <60 C, the temperature of the metal pump is <100 0.2MPa, the suction pressure is less than 0.2MPa, the maximum working pressure is 1.6MPa, the density is not greater than 1600Kg / m3, and the viscosity is not greater than 30X10-6m2 / S, which does not contain hard particles and fibers.

Daily maintenance:

1, bearing damage: the magnetic bearing pump bearing material is high density carbon, if the pump water or the pump has impurities, it will cause the damage of the bearing. The coaxiality between the inner and outer magnetic rotors of a cylindrical coupling can not be guaranteed, but it will also directly affect the life of the bearing.

2, the flow is insufficient: the main causes of insufficient flow are the damage of the impeller, the low speed, the high lift, the clogging in the pipe and so on.

3, lack of lift: cause of this failure is: there are air in transport medium, impeller damage, speed is not enough, the proportion of liquid transport is too large, traffic is too large.

4, pump shaft shaft fracture: magnetic pump material used is 99% alumina ceramic, the main reason is because the pump shaft is broken, air pump running, dry grinding and bearing shaft is broken. When the pump is disassembled, it can be seen that the main way to prevent the pump from being worn seriously is to avoid the air transfer of the pump.

5, magnetic pump can not make liquid: magnetic pump can not produce liquid is the most likely failure of the pump, its reasons are also more. Should first check whether the pump suction line leak, check whether the air suction tube discharge, magnetic fluid volume infusion pump is adequate, suction tube is blocked with debris, the pump should also check whether the reverse (especially in another motor or a power line after the overhaul), should also be note that the pump suction height is too high. If the above check can not be solved, the pump can be disassembled and checked to see if the pump shaft is broken. The check whether the pump's moving ring and static ring are intact, and whether the whole rotor can move a little axially. If the axial movement is difficult, it is possible to check whether the carbon bearing is too close to the pump shaft.
