Design and structural features:

The series of sanitary centrifugal pumps are mainly made up of pump body, pump seat and motor part. Each part is connected by bolts. The supporting feet of the base can be adjusted arbitrarily, so that it is easy to install and does not need fixed installation foundation. When installed, the outlet pipe can be installed in vertical or horizontal direction according to different needs. Smooth, rigid structure, thick wall adopts the design of centrifugal pump, in contact with the material in the material selection of pump body, pump cover, impeller and other parts of the whole manufacture by AISI316 or AISI304 stainless steel. The mechanical shaft seal is made of high quality stainless steel and silicon carbide. It greatly improves the wear resistance and moistening type, and prolongs the service life. When the centrifugal pump is made, the pump body and the impeller are cast as a whole, and all the parts are treated. The size gap is guaranteed by the special fixture while installing. The shaft seal is opened with the open structure, so even if there is a small amount of leakage at the shaft seal, it can be observed in time. The motor is not overflowed even in a short period of time. Thus the service life of the motor is guaranteed.

The unique design of the impeller:

The impeller and shaft sleeve are integrated precision casting, which is directly installed on the output shaft of the motor, with great strength, unique design, simple installation, high accuracy, and ensures concentricity, which solves the vibration and improves the strength of the pump. The precision casting of impeller and shaft sleeve solves the wear of impeller and hub. The design of the axle sleeve deepens the impeller into the mouth for the rear end, improves the inlet characteristics of the pump, avoids cavitation, and the impeller is opened, so that the cleaning is convenient and no dead angle.
