The position of the pump is better than the suction level when the stainless steel sanitary self-priming pump is installed (if the installation position of the pump is higher than the suction level, the tank pump should be carried out before the pump is opened). Before use, it should be checked whether the rotation direction of the impeller is correct; whether the pump inlet and outlet pipe joint nut is tight or not; the seal ring between the pump cover and the pump body is a good pump cushion. The use of steam disinfection before the use of materials to ensure food hygiene.
A butterfly valve should be installed at the outlet of the pump to control the flow. Do not operate in overload for a long time so as not to damage the motor.
CIP cleaning should be carried out immediately after the use of the pump to prevent the adhesion of the material. If there is no CIP, it needs to be cleaned manually. First, hot water can be used when washing, then disassemble, brush with brush to wash all parts contacted with the material, then rinse it with clean water, then clean it up, and then install it in order.
If the material drops on the ground after the use of the pump shell, it indicates that the shaft seal is leaked. In this case, the mechanical seal on the shaft can be checked. If the wear is severe or the seal is damaged, it should be replaced or grinded before it can be used.
