If the pump is lubricated with grease, the grease should be regularly filled into the bearing box, and the oil lubricated pump should be used. If the oil level is insufficient, it will be added enough.
2., check whether the liquid in the pump casing is higher than the upper edge of the impeller. If there is not enough, it can directly pump liquid into the pump body directly from the liquid inlet of the pump shell, and it should not start running under the condition of insufficient liquid storage, otherwise the pump will not work properly, and it will damage the mechanical seal easily.
3. check the self suction pump rotating parts whether stuck knocking phenomenon.
4. check the pump body and the foot joint nut loosening.
5. check the axis of the pump and the coaxiality of the main shaft of the motor.
6. check whether the inlet pipe is leaking or not, if there is leakage, we must try to eliminate it.
7. open the valve of the suction line and open (not open) the outlet control valve.
Two, self-priming pump starting and operation:
1. point moving self suction pump, pay attention to whether the steering of the pump shaft is correct.
2. there is no normal sound and vibration during rotation.
3., pay attention to the reading of pressure gauge and vacuum gauge. After starting, the reading of pressure gauge and vacuum gauge is stable after a certain period of time, indicating that the pump has been put on the liquid and enters the normal transfusion operation.
4., in the process of self suction before the self sucking pump enters the normal infusion operation, we should pay special attention to the increase of the water temperature in the pump. If the process is too long and the water temperature in the pump is too high, then stop the pump and check the reason.
5., if the liquid temperature in the pump is too high and cause difficulty in self absorption, then it can be temporarily stopped. The liquid in the vomit pipeline should be temporarily turned back into the pump or directly added to the pump to the pump body plus the liquid storage port, so that the liquid in the pump can be cooled down, and then it will start.
6. self suction centrifugal pump in the work process such as the occurrence of strong vibration and noise, may be caused by the pump cavitation, there are two reasons: one is the cavitation flow inlet pipe two is too large, the absorption process is too high, the velocity is too large when the adjustable outlet control valve, pressure meter, in the import pipeline a jam should be eliminated in time; when the suction is too high may be appropriate to reduce the pump mounting height.
7. when the pump stops working at any time during the working process, the outlet control valve should be opened slightly (not fully closed) when it needs to restart. This will help to discharge the gas from the spit outlet and ensure the pump to start at a lighter load.
8. check the leakage of the pipeline system.
Three, self-priming pump shutdown:
1. the gate valve must be shut down first.
2. make the pump stop turning.
3. in the cold season, the water in the pump body and the water of the cooling chamber of the bearing body should be emptied in order to prevent the freezing and cracking machine.
