If users need, some well-known international manufacturers can configure non-contact bearing state monitor to prevent wear failure, coupling decoupling, rotor clamping and power system failure.
2. Temperature probe
The temperature of the isolation sleeve is monitored by the temperature probe (RTD) to reflect the state change of the pump during operation. It can prevent the dry running of magnetic pump, wear of internal and external bearings, severe cavitation, muffled pump, pump blocking and system overheating.
3. Motor power monitor
The motor power monitor avoids low flow or dry operation by monitoring the power of the motor.
4, differential pressure switch
The differential pressure switch is used to monitor the pressure change of the pump outlet, which can prevent the pump's dry running, severe cavitation, muffled pump and pump blocking. It is especially suitable for unloading containers and unloading tanks.

The isolation sleeve is magnetic coupling box for high pressure conveying system of some toxic or flammable chemicals, the box should be confined to the sealed container, the design and test of pressure and the pump hydraulic end of the same; and between the pump shaft and the magnetic coupling box should be set throttle bushing and the mechanical seal (commonly known as the two seal).

6. Liquid leakage probe
For the use of magnetic pump second layers of protection, should set the liquid leakage probe. For magnetic pump magnetic coupling sealed bearing box structure, when isolated sets of rupture, or due to other reasons there is liquid into the magnetic coupling box, the probe will alarm; for two isolated sets of magnetic pump structure, when the inner sleeve or rupture. Due to other reasons the liquid enters the cavity between the inner and outer isolation sleeve, the probe will alarm.
