Centrifugal is inertia performance. Such as water droplets on the umbrella, umbrella slowly rotating, water droplets turn will follow the umbrella, it is because the umbrella with droplets of friction as to the result of the centripetal force of the water droplets. But if the umbrella rotational speed, the friction force is not enough to make water droplets to do circular motion, then the water will be separated from the umbrella to the outer edge movement.
