1. Assembly of sewage pump
1.1, the assembly sequence of the pump can be carried out in reverse order according to the disassembly order. Attention should be paid to the installation of mechanical seals.
(1) whether the rubber O ring has the phenomenon of damage and swelling, if it has to be replaced.
(2) keep the surface of the movable and static ring absolutely clean and apply a small amount of oil.
1.2, packing seal should be paid attention when it is installed.
(1) the outer ring of the axle sleeve is not more than 0.05mm.
(2) after the packing is intercepted, the filling is made into 45, and the packing is placed in a special mold at the top of the mold according to the size of the shaft before the loading.
(3) the packing is put into the packing chamber and the lap joint of each ring is displaced. Before driving, the packing gland should be loosened and then gradually pressed.
Two. Dismantling the self sucking sewage pump
(1) unscrew the oil drain plug on the suspension body, put a net oil, remove the motor.
(2) the connection bolts of the pump body and the bearing body are loosened, and the impeller, shaft seal body, bearing body and the pump body are separated.
(3) loosen the nut of the impeller and remove the key of the impeller.
4) take out the shaft seal and the sealing part, remove the static ring of the mechanical seal, and remove the packing cover and remove the packing.
(5) take off the rotating part and sleeve of the mechanical seal from the shaft, and take off the shaft sleeve of the packing seal.
(6) remove the support and coupling of the bearing body.
