(2) according to the curve, check whether the anchor hole of the foot screw is consistent with the bolt hole on the base of the centrifugal pump unit.
(3) installation of the base: most centrifugal pump units use a joint base, but the centrifugal pump and the motor are installed separately. No matter what kind of installation form, should be the first base on the smooth surface of concrete foundation, anchor bolts and prepared on the basis of the reserved hole, the verticality tolerance of bolt length 1/100, and the hole wall distance should be more than 15mm, the lower part should not touch the bottom of the hole. The ground bolt is cleaned without oil and is placed in the reserved hole, and the nut is put on the washer, and the rod is exposed to the nut 3-5 pitch. Next, put iron in the appropriate position below the base (three blocks each: two oblique pad iron, a flat pad iron), and then use water evaluation (box level or coincidence level) to make a preliminary copy of the base. The concrete is poured and mashed for two times with the soil marked higher than the base soil. After the strength of the mixed soil reaches the mark 75%, the work of the base is carried out, the nut of the anchor bolt is tightened, and the iron pad is welded firmly.
(4) installation: pump and motor base leveling, respectively in the pump and motor are placed on the base, with a ruler or the unit concentricity dial indicator method adjusted to the standard.
(5) pipeline installation: health level self-priming pump
(1) the load of the pipeline can not be directly pressed on the centrifugal pump.
(2) the pipeline flange and the pump inlet and outlet flange parallel, not allowed to hold the phenomenon of suffocating. (3) the installation of the pipeline should consider the convenient maintenance, especially the live joint position of the vent line, the cooling water and the lubricating oil pipeline should be dismantled and convenient for maintenance.
(4) a short section must be added between the single flow valve and the outlet flange of the pump, and it is not allowed to sit directly on the outlet flange.
(5) the diameter of the suction pipe can not be smaller than the size of the centrifugal pump inlet, and the shorter and the simpler, the better. If we must use a long import and export pipeline, the suction port must be thickened, that is, the diameter of the suction inlet must be larger than that of the pump, the less the elbow, the better, so as to reduce the resistance.
