Precautions for the use of submersible pumps for wells
1. Precautions before use of deep well pump
(1) the deep well pump is a water filled submersible pump. Before the pump is started, it is necessary to check whether the pump and the motor are filled with liquid.
(2) the cable of the deep well pump is relatively long, and it must be confirmed that the pump cable is not less than the rated value before the electricity is connected.
(3) determine the power value of the motor to ensure that the current value of the motor under the rated parameters is not more than the rated value.
(4) check the normal value of water temperature, pH value and so on. Conditions allow chlorine ion content to be checked (chlorine ion content is not more than 400ml/L), and the sediment is not more than 0.01%.
(5) pump need to configure the control cabinet or protective switch, current use value is not more than 1.05 times the rated value, the starting current may not work continuously for 5S at 7 times the rated value.
(6) to ensure that the voltage and frequency of the power supply are in the floating range, too high too low will damage the motor winding.
(7) if the submersible pump is installed, the diving cable should not be dragged, and the cable should not be suspended. The cable needs to be suspended or fixed on the outlet pipe.
2. Precautions for the use of deep well submersible pumps
(1) point the switch to determine whether the selection direction of the motor is correct.
(2) close the switch, observe whether the current is normal and whether the pump has noise, to ensure that the pump is normal before leaving, if abnormal should be stopped and overhauled immediately.
(3) periodically check the insulation resistance of the deep well pump, the current protector, in order to avoid the failure, and lose the protection function.
(4) frequently don't start the pump that will shorten the service life.
