When replacing the mechanical seal of the vacuum pump, we must pay attention to the cleaning of the mechanical seal. The place where mechanical seals are installed should also be cleaned. After loading the mechanical seal, heat the hole of the impeller for about 15-20 minutes with the fire. The impeller of the water ring vacuum pump is installed directly. If the impeller is found not to be installed in the end, you can quickly hammer a bit with a hammer. When the hammer is used, the piece of iron on the impeller is larger than the blade of the impeller. It is better to be slightly thicker, so as to avoid injure the impeller.
