The high temperature gear pump is made up of parts such as gear, shaft, pump body, pump cover and shaft end seal. All parts are made of suitable temperature resistant materials. The running parts of the pump are lubricated by the medium they convey. The pump is equipped with a safety valve, which prevents damage to the pump and motor caused by overload.

When the gear rotates, the melt enters the alveolar cavity of the two gear of the suction chamber. As the gear rotates, the melt is brought into the discharge cavity from both sides, and the gear re meshes, so that the melt in the alveolus is extruded and discharged into the cavity, and it is sent to the outlet pipe. As long as the pump shaft turns, the gear sends the melt to the side pressure of the outlet, so the pump outlet can reach high pressure, and the flow rate is basically irrelevant to the discharge pressure.

The high temperature gear pump has good self-priming. It does not need to be poured into the liquid before the pump is under opening. The structure is simple and compact, and it is easy to use and maintain.

High temperature gear pump for conveying the temperature at 150 to 300 DEG C, the viscosity is 5× 10-6 ~ 1.5 ~ 10-8m2/s (5-1500CST) of the liquid, the pump is not suitable for the transport of corrosive, high volatile particles more particles or fibers, and a low flash point liquid, such as a special need, can make a special pump.
