The use of hydraulic coupling can also prevent the phenomeno

(1) the mechanical automatic pressure regulating bypass valve is adopted.

The bypass valve is installed on the bypass tube between the outlet and the entrance of the roots vacuum pump. This valve controls the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the pump and does not exceed the rated value. When the pressure difference reaches the rated value, the valve is automatically opened by the differential pressure action, so that the outlet of the roots vacuum pump communicates with the inlet, and the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet decreases rapidly, so the roots vacuum pump works under almost no pressure difference load. When the pressure difference is lower than the rated value, the valve is automatically closed and the gas is removed from the roots vacuum pump by the front stage pump. (2) the use of hydraulic coupling

The use of hydraulic coupling can also prevent the phenomenon of pump overload, so that the pump can work under the high pressure difference. The hydraulic coupling is installed between the pump and the motor. Under normal working condition, the hydraulic coupling transfers the rated torque from the motor end to the pump. The maximum pressure difference of Roots vacuum pump is determined by the maximum torque transmitted by the hydraulic coupling, and the maximum torque that can be transferred by the hydraulic coupling is regulated by the liquid volume. When the pump is working at high pressure difference or at the same time with the front pump, there is a speed difference in the liquid coupling, that is to say slip. It only transfers certain torque to slow down the pump. As the gas pumping, the gas load decreases and the roots vacuum pump gradually accelerates to the rated speed.

(3) the use of vacuum electrical components to control the inlet pressure of the pump

Pressure sensitive elements such as vacuum membrane box relay or electric contact pressure gauge are placed at the entrance line of the roots vacuum pump. The vacuum system is started, when the roots vacuum pump inlet pressure is lower than a given value (pump start pressure, allowing) pressure sensor signal, by opening the roots vacuum pump electrical control system (such as a vacuum system with bypass pipe, roots vacuum pump by-pass pipe valve is closed at the same time). If the pump inlet pressure is higher than the specified value, then the roots vacuum pump is automatically closed (or at the same time, the valve of the pump bypass pipeline) is opened, so as to ensure the reliable operation of Roots vacuum pump.
