Attention to the use of magnetic pipe pumps: alcohol pump
1, because the coolant and lubrication of magnetic bearing are dependent on the medium being transported, so it is absolutely forbidden to turn the air to move, and avoid the time and space transportation caused by the restart during the middle time of the operation.
2, in the transmission medium, if the solid particles are contained, the inlet of the pump should be added into the filter net: if it contains ferromagnetic particles, a magnetic filter should be added.
3. The ambient temperature of the magnetic pipe pump should be less than 40 C, and the temperature of the motor should not exceed 75 degrees C.
4. The conveyed medium and its temperature should be within the allowable range of the pump material (see the attached table). The working temperature of the engineering plastic pump is <60 degrees, the temperature of the metal pump is <100 0.2MPa, the suction pressure is less than 0.2MPa, the maximum working pressure is 1.6Mpa, the density is not more than 1600kg/m3, the particle size is not greater than 30 &times, 10-6m2/s does not contain hard particles and fiber liquid.
5, for the medium which is easy to precipitate and crystallize, the liquid should be cleaned in time after use, and the liquid in the pump is discharged.
6. After 1500 hours of the magnetic pipe pump, the wear and wear of the bearing and end ring should be removed, and the unused vulnerable parts should be replaced.
7, the magnetic coupling inside and outside the magnetic pipeline pump is made of high performance permanent magnet material, which may cause potential damage to the following devices. Please keep the following devices in line with the magnetic pipeline pump. Such as: cardiac pacemaker, credit card and other magnetic cards, calculator, computer disk, watch and so on.
