Therefore, if the pump can not only meet the new requirements, but also work in a high efficiency, it is necessary to adjust the performance of the pump.
Two methods are usually used to regulate the performance of an axial flow pump.
1. We already know that the axial flow pump works at a certain speed and gets the corresponding flow, lift, power and efficiency. When the speed is changed, its performance parameters also change correspondingly, so as to achieve the purpose of adjustment. If the axial flow pump are used for diesel or gasoline engine power, can change the size of variable-speed throttle; if the axial flow pump and the engine is linked to the use of indirect V-belt or flat belt drive device, you can change to variable speed drive pulley diameter, the replacement of the driving wheel or the driven wheel can be, the purpose is to change the transmission speed ratio. Variable speed regulating water pump performance, more economical, wide range of application, all agricultural pumps can be used.
2. From the point of view of the variable angle adjustment, the impeller of the axial flow pump has a huge hub, which is easy to install the adjustable angle blade. When the angle of the blade is changed, the lift of the blade changes to the water, which changes the working performance of the pump, which is the variable angle adjustment of the axial flow pump. With the increase and decrease of blade installation angle, the flow, head and power of the axial flow pump will change. However, the highest point of efficiency doesn't change much, which is very good for the performance adjustment of axial flow pump.
According to the device condition of the blade installation angle on the impeller structure, the blade is divided into three types: the alcohol pump
(1) the fixed blade blade and the hub are cast as a whole, and the blade installation angle is fixed in the design and manufacture, and can not be adjusted during the use. The impeller is mostly used for small pumps.
(2) the semi adjusting blade loosens the fixed nuts and positioning screws of each blade on the hub of the impeller. According to the requirements, the installation angle of the blade is adjusted to the same and tightened. The general blade installation angle is from negative 100— 180. In this range, it is adjusted according to the requirements of use.
(3) looseleaf leaf blade with specially designed blade angle adjusting mechanism to adjust, without dismantling the wheel, you can directly manipulate the body to change the blade installation angle, the adjustment range from 260 to 0&mdash. The blade angle adjustment mechanism has two kinds of mechanical regulation and hydraulic regulation. This kind of impeller is mostly used for large axial flow pump.
