The manufacture of shield pump sleeve is the key to the maintenance of the shield pump, the size accuracy and the shape tolerance of the shield pump sleeve are high, and the welding quality of the weld is also very strict. A high quality stainless steel plate with high nickel content and good corrosion resistance should be selected. The thickness must be the same as that of the original shield, and the cutting size must be accurate. Because the shield pump sleeve is very thin, it is difficult to direct welding straight. If there is a condition, it is best to use an automatic welding machine. Manual welding can also be done, but the technical requirements are higher.
