The high temperature magnetic pump is an anticorrosive pump, mainly used for transporting corrosive liquids. It is a widely used pump in general equipment pump. 1. Preparation before installation.
1) check the pump and motor, and confirm that there is no damage during transportation and loading and unloading.
2) prepare tools and lifting machinery, and check the basic stainless steel chemical pump according to the picture.
2. Installation sequence
1) when the whole water pump arrives at the site, the motor will be installed, and when leveling the base, there is no need to unload the pump and motor.
2) place the base on the foundation and prepare the concrete after leveling.
3) use the horizontal meter to check the horizontal level of the base with the outlet plane of the pump. After leveling, install the anchor bolts and fill the anchor bolts with concrete.
4) place the steel ruler on the coupling (top, bottom, front and rear) to check whether the axial line of the pump and the motor is coincident.
5) after the concrete of fixed anchor bolt is completely dry, tighten the nut of the anchor bolt, and finally check the levelness of the whole unit.
6) install the suction and outlet pipeline. When the pipe is combined with the pump, it should be noted that the weight and pressure of the pipeline should not be increased to the pump so that the pump will not be deformed.
7) clean up the environment and keep clean.
Assembly and disassembly of water pump.
(I) assembly sequence.
1. Heat the rolling bearing up to 80 degrees in the hot oil and remove the axle housing on the shaft.
2. Put the axle with bearing in the suspension.
3. Put the paper pad on the end cover of the two bearings, and fasten it to the suspension frame with the bolt, and pay attention to the gap between the bearing and the end cover of the bearing with the paper cushion.
