5. After the motor is started, the discharge valve is opened slowly. After the high temperature magnetic drive pump enters the normal working state, then the discharge valve is adjusted to the required opening.
Attention to the use of high temperature magnetic drive pump:
1, due to the high temperature magnetic drive pump bearing cooling and lubrication is transported by the media, so the absolute prohibition of air to turn, while avoiding the operation of the middle road after the restart of the time and space caused by the rotation.
2, in the transmission medium, if the solid particles are contained, the inlet of the pump should be added into the filter net: if it contains ferromagnetic particles, a magnetic filter should be added.
3. The temperature of the high temperature magnetic driving pump should be less than 40 centigrade and the temperature of the motor should not exceed 75 degrees C.
4. The conveyed medium and its temperature should be within the allowable range of the pump material (see the attached table). The service temperature of high temperature magnetic drive pump is <60 degrees, the working temperature of metal pump is <100 0.2MPa, the suction pressure is less than 0.2MPa, the maximum working pressure is 1.6Mpa, the density is not greater than 1600kg/m3, the particle size is not greater than 30 ×, 10-6m2/s does not contain hard particles and fiber liquid.
5, for the medium which is easy to precipitate and crystallize, the liquid should be cleaned in time after use, and the liquid in the pump is discharged.
6. After 1500 hours of pump operation, the wear and wear of the bearing and end ring should be removed, and the unsuitable damage parts should be replaced.
