When a chemical pump operates, the vibration is first disintegrated to check the wear and geometric changes of the bearing or bearing. When the bearings and bushes of the chemical centrifugal pump are overhauled, it is necessary to start from the following aspects:

1) the roundness of the bearing or bearing should not be more than 1/1000 of the shaft diameter, and the over standard should be replaced.

2) the roughness of the shaft surface should be met.

3) with red lead grinding shaft diameter and the contact area of the bearing is not less than 60%~90%, the surface should not have radial or axial scratches;

4) bearing inner and outer ring should not be inclined derailment, flexible rotation;

5) Bush should not have cracks, defects such as trachoma;

6) the tight gap between the bearing and the bearing is not less than 0.02~0.04mm.

7) the outer diameter of the ball bearing is not in contact with the inner wall of the bearing box.
