What should the HMD magnetic pump install and debug?

HMD magnetic pump is a centrifugal pump with no mechanical seal and absolutely no leakage. The key is to use the best magnetic materials in the world (rare earth magnets) and the most easily worn bearings (silicon carbide) and the isolation cover made of Hastelloy stainless steel, so that it can ensure safety and reliability in use.

One, HMD magnetic pump in installation requirements:

The 1. pump should be installed as close as possible to the source of the liquid supply, and preferably under the liquid level of the liquid solution.

The mounting base of the 2. pump should have a suitable and solid foundation to prevent the pump from vibration during operation.

The inlet pipe installation of the 3. pump should take into account the resistance of the liquid inlet and increase the direct pipe of the inlet pipe. (minimum length =10× pipe diameter) to guarantee NPSH (suction net pressure head).

4. ensure that all the interfaces of the imported pipeline are closed and no air leakage.

The inlet and outlet pipe of the 5. pump should be properly supported so that the pump shell is not affected by the change of stress.

6. in the import and export should be equipped with a straight pipe, each installation of a corresponding pressure gauge, help to monitor the work of the pump.

7. a check valve is installed on the outlet pipeline, and there should be a free facility between the pump and the check valve to ensure that the pump can be started normally.

Two. Preparatory work before debugging:

1. the pump needs to be tested and run in strict accordance with the operating conditions on the pump's specification. If there is a big difference in the operation data, it must be rechecked to avoid damage to the pump.

2., the pump is absolutely not allowed to run. The dry transfer cause the silicon carbide bearing inside the pump, the shaft sleeve and the thrust gasket are lack of medium lubrication and fragmentation, so we should pay special attention in the trial.

The 3. pump is used again in the first use and after repair. It must be fully discharged to ensure that the pump is filled with medium to start the pump.

4., we should pay attention to the cleaning and purging in the pipeline before trial operation. The iron foam in the special pipe must not be allowed to exist, so that the magnetic force of the inner magnetic cylinder will suck the iron foam in the isolation hood to kill the pump and cause damage.

5. in the test run before the hope of a temporary 40-60 objective filter installed in the pump inlet before (to be used after confirmed that indeed no other debris in the pipeline after the filters can be removed from the installation of debris) in the pipeline into the pump body, but should pay attention to the pressure change before and after the filter, to prevent the pump NPSH (NPSH) lack of damage caused by pump.

6. centrifugal pump is not allowed to close the valve running pump. Magnetic pump also does not allow the continuous operation of the pump when the outlet valve is closed. It will cause the medium to vaporize inside the pump body. When the pump stops to pay attention to the import valve is not allowed to stop the pump shut down the operation, will cause the occurrence of the liquid inside the pump suddenly broken.

7., without installation of protective devices, we should pay attention to the change of transport medium, especially the change of height and temperature in tanks, which will also affect the use of pumps.

8. the magnetic pump with a coupler must reconnect the coupling to the pump before the pump runs. On the requirements of the micrometer coupling motor side coupling and the pump side on the periphery of alignment, maximum deviation index is below 0.4 mm. If the upper and lower errors can be added to the bottom of the motor or pump, the left and right errors can be adjusted to the left and right of the motor or pump, so we want to work carefully in the middle work.

9., the pump with bearing box should pay attention to the oil injection and the change of the oil level in the bearing box, prevent the oil breaking from bearing, burn the bearing in the bearing, and also affect the overall damage of the pump. If the oil level is too high, it will cause the oil temperature rise in the bearing box.

10. during the movement, we should pay attention to the change of the pressure and flow of the outlet. If the change is over, the corresponding measures should be taken immediately to stabilize the pressure to ensure the flow. Do not run in a small flow range. Also hope not to overflow, causing motor over current operation.

Three. Test operation steps:

1. all the imported valves are opened, the liquid is injected into the pump, the outlet valve is opened slowly, and the exhaust port can carry out the full exhaust of the pump.

The 2. point motor confirms whether the steering of the motor is in accordance with the direction of the arrow. Move the time not more than three seconds, and require a medium to the pump case to move, the pump should not be long time reversal in any case.

3. open the outlet valve, about 25% of the valve opening.

4. start the motor, pay attention to the change of the outlet pressure gauge, and adjust the valve to make the pump reach the designed range of working condition after the normal rise of pressure is kept stable. If the outlet pressure is not stable and soon fell, it must immediately stop the pump, exhaust again, start again, if the outlet pressure shows normal gas pump body has drained.

5., after the end of the exhaust, the pressure is still unstable. There is noise or the sound of stone balls in the pump casing. This is the phenomenon of cavitation. It is necessary to stop the pump immediately, check and recalculate the effective NPSH (cavitation allowance) to meet the operation conditions of the pump. When the cause of the cavitation is found and corrected, it is possible to continue the test. Note: it is not possible to make the pump run continuously in the case of cavitation.

6. ensure that the pump operates under normal flow, such as the change of flow after the process changes, but it is necessary to ensure that the pump can not run for a long time in the case of minimum flow. If it is difficult to guarantee, the reflux pipeline should be installed on the outlet pipeline to adjust the flow to ensure the normal operation of the pump.
