1, the self priming pump of this series is lubricated by high quality calcium based grease and No. 10 oil respectively according to the working status of the pump. If the grease lubricated pump should be regularly filled into the bearing box, the oil lubricated pump should be used. If the oil level is insufficient, it will be added enough.
2, check whether the liquid in the pump casing is higher than the upper edge of the impeller. If there is not enough, the liquid can be directly injected into the pump body directly from the liquid inlet of the pump shell, and it should not start running under the condition of insufficient liquid storage, otherwise it will not work properly, and it will damage the mechanical seal easily.
Check the pump rotating parts 3, whether there is a card bump phenomenon.
4, check the pump body and the foot joint nut loosening.
5, check the shaft of the pump and the coaxiality of the main shaft of the motor.
6. Check the leakage of the imported pipeline, if there is leakage, we must try to eliminate it.
7, open the valve of the suction pipe, open (not open) the exit control valve.
Second: start the self-priming pump of fluorine plastic
1, point moving self suction pump, pay attention to whether the steering of the pump shaft is correct.
2. Notice the normal sound and vibration of the rotation.
3, pay attention to the reading of pressure gauge and vacuum gauge. After starting, the reading of pressure gauge and vacuum gauge is stable after a certain period of time, indicating that the pump has been put on the liquid and enters the normal transfusion operation.
4, when the pump is in the process of self absorption before entering the normal infusion operation, we should pay special attention to the increase of the water temperature in the pump. If the process is too long and the water temperature in the pump is too high, then stop the pump and check the cause.
5, if the liquid temperature in the pump is too high and cause the difficulty of self absorption, then it can be temporarily shut down. The liquid in the vomit pipeline will be turned back into the pump or the liquid storage port is added to the pump body to directly add liquid to the pump, so that the liquid in the pump can be cooled down, and then it will start.
6, in the process of operation, such as strong vibration and noise, the pump may cause cavitation. There are two reasons for cavitation: first, the inlet pipe flow is too large, and the two is too high suction. When the flow rate is too large, the outlet control valve can be adjusted to increase the readings of the pressure gauge.
7, when the pump stops working during the working process, the outlet control valve should be opened slightly (not fully closed) when it needs to restart, so that it can not only discharge the gas from the outlet but also ensure the pump start at a smaller load.
8, pay attention to check the leakage of the pipeline system.
Last shutdown pump
1, first of all, we must close the gate valve on the outlet pipe.
2, make the pump stop turning.
3. In the cold season, the water in the slurry pump and the water of the cooling chamber of the bearing body are released to prevent the freezing and cracking of the machine parts.
