What should be noticed in the installation and debugging of

HMD magnetic pump is no mechanical seal, absolutely no leakage centrifugal pump. It is the key to using the current of the world's best magnetic material (rare earth magnets) and the least likely to wear bearing (silicon carbide materials) and isolation cover made of stainless steel with hartz alloy composition, therefore in use can guarantee the safety and reliability.

I. requirements of HMD magnetic pump in installation:

1. The pump requires that the installation should be as close as possible to the source of the supply, and preferably under the liquid level of the supply solution.

2. The mounting base of the pump shall have a suitable solid foundation to prevent vibration during pump operation.

3. The inlet pipe installation of the pump shall take into account the resistance of the liquid inlet and increase the straight pipe of the inlet pipe. (minimum length =10× Pipe diameter) to ensure NPSH (suction head).

4. Ensure that all interfaces of the imported pipeline are sealed and tight.

5. The inlet and outlet piping of the pump shall have the proper support, so that the pump shell shall not be affected by the change of stress.

6. A straight pipe should be configured in the import and export, and a corresponding pressure gauge shall be installed to help monitor the working conditions of the pump.

7. Install a check valve in the export pipeline, and there should be a space between the pump and the check valve to ensure the pump can start normally.

Ii. Preparation before commissioning:

1. The pump needs to be operated in strict accordance with the operating conditions of the pump specifications. If the operation data has a large discrepancy, it must be re-checked to avoid damage to the pump.

2. The pump is absolutely not allowed to operate, and the dry running will cause the silicon carbide bearings inside the pump, the shaft sleeve and thrust pads are short of medium lubrication and fracture, so special attention should be paid in the trial.

3. The pump shall be used again after the first use and after maintenance, and must be fully discharged to ensure that the pump chamber is full of media to start the pump.

4. Pay attention to the pipe before commissioning the erase and purging, special pipeline of iron foam, absolutely not allowed to exist, in order to avoid the magnetic cylinder of the magnetic suction pump in isolation cover will scrap iron bite dead and damaged.

5. Before the trial run before using the hope at the entrance of a pump to install a temporary filter 40 to 60 purpose, (after being used to confirm the pipe is no other debris filters can be removed after) to prevent the pipeline installation of debris into the pump body, but must pay attention to the filter pressure changes before and after, to prevent the pump NPSH (NPSH) is not enough, cause the damage of the pump.

6. The centrifugal pump is not allowed to close the valve running pump. The magnetic pump also does not allow the pump to operate continuously during the closing of the outlet valve, causing the medium to vaporize inside the pump body. When stopping the pump, it should be noted that the inlet valve must not be allowed to shut down before the operation of the pump, which can cause the sudden breaking of liquid in the pump.

7. Pump without installing protection device, to pay attention to the change of the transmission medium, especially in the change of the height of the tank and temperature (general users don't value) will also affect the use of the pump.

8. Prior to the operation of the pump, a magnetic pump with a coupler must reconnect the work in the coupling pair. In the case of the requirement, a micrometer is used to locate the coupling of the motor side coupling and the side of the pump side, and the maximum deviation is below 0.4mm. If the upper and lower errors are large enough to be added at the bottom of the motor or pump, the left and right errors can be adjusted to the right or left of the motor or pump.

9. Have pump bearing box to pay attention to the oil bearing box, and the change of the oil level, prevent oil cut-off of bearing inner bearing damage, can also affect overall damage of pump, oil level also cannot pass, too high will cause bearing the oil temperature rises.

10. When exercising, pay attention to the change of outlet pressure and flow. If the change is excessive, the corresponding measures should be taken immediately to stabilize the pressure and ensure the flow rate. Never run within a small flow range. Also want to do not exceed the flow, cause the electric current to run.

Iii. Trial operation steps:

1. Open all the inlet valves, inject the liquid into the pump, slowly open the outlet valve, and have the exhaust port to pump the full exhaust work.

2. Click the motor to confirm whether the motor turning is in accordance with the direction indicated by the arrow. The action time should not exceed three seconds, and the pump must have medium in order to move. In any case, the pump should not be inverted for a long time.

3. Open the exit valve, about 25% of the valve opening.

4. Start the motor, pay attention to the change of the outlet pressure gauge, and adjust the valve so that the pump reaches the designed operating range after the normal rise of pressure. If the outlet pressure is unstable and soon fall back, then the pump must be immediately attached to the pump. Once again, the exhaust work will be carried out again, and the outlet pressure will be finished if the pump is properly drained.

5. At the end of the exhaust pressure is not stable, still have noise or inside the pump shell, rolling stone marbles, this is the cavitation phenomenon, should immediately stop the pump, check and be restated effective NPSH (NPSH) whether meet the pump operating conditions. When the cause of cavitation is found and corrected, the test will continue. Note: do not allow the pump to run continuously during cavitation.

6. Ensure that the pump operates under normal flow. If the flow changes after the process changes, the pump must not operate for a long time under minimum flow conditions. If it is difficult to guarantee, the backflow line should be installed in the outlet pipeline to regulate the flow to ensure the normal operation of the pump.
