Misunderstandings one, the larger the spring compression, the better the sealing effect.


Description: the large amount of spring compression, not only can not get better sealing effect, but easily lead to greater friction and speed up wear. Excessive compression causes the spring to lose the ability to adjust the end of the ring, leading to the failure of the seal.


Misunderstanding two: the tighter the tighter the ring is, the better.


Description: dynamic tight ring seals will not only cause the sealing ring and sleeve, accelerate the damage, it is easy to leak, Jian Xiaoqi life, and the dynamic ring seal is too tight will increase the dynamic axial adjustment of the resistance movement, resulting in chemical pump change frequently in the condition, can not effectively carry out the adjustment; secondly fatigue seal tight will cause the spring more easily damaged, the last point is a dynamic ring tight sealing ring will cause the deformation of the sealing ring, which ultimately affect the sealing effect of chemical pump products.


Misunderstandings three: the tighter the tighter the ring, the better.


Note: in general, chemical pump static seal ring is normally in a static state, static seal ring moderate a little close sealing effect will be better, but excessive tension will not only cause the static seal due to excessive deformation, affecting sealing effect, and static seal ring material with graphite in general, more brittle, vulnerable to excessive stress caused by fragmentation, and the static seal ring installation and disassembly time is difficult, the static ring is also very easy to damage.


Misunderstanding four: the more tight the impeller is, the better the better.


The leakage between the shaft sleeve and the shaft is one of the most common leakage faults in the leakage of the mechanical seal. For ordinary operators, it may be considered that the shaft leakage is the unlocking of the impellers. In fact, the inter axis leakage, many factors leading to the failure of the shaft, pad failure, migration, axis there are impurities, shaft and sleeve with a larger form bit error, contact surface damage, shaft gap between the parts, and many other factors head thread is too long, will cause leakage of shaft between. The locking lock Overlocks will only cause premature failure of the axle pad. On the contrary, the locking button is properly locked, so that the shaft pad keeps a certain compression elasticity. During the operation, the lock mother will automatically lock at the right time, so that the shaft is always in a good sealing state.


Misunderstanding five: the new mechanical seal is better than the old one.


Note: in theory, the use of new mechanical seal is better than using the old mechanical seal, but the actual use, the quality of the new mechanical seal material selection or not at that time, and with the larger size of the error mostly have a negative effect on the effect of the use of mechanical seal. In polymeric and permeable media, the static ring is not overly worn or replaced. Because the static ring is in a static state for a long time in the static ring seat, the polymer and the impurity are deposited into a whole, which has a better sealing effect.


Misunderstanding six: the dismantling is better than not dismantling.
