So, what do we need to pay attention to when we use a stainless steel drink pump? First, when the stainless steel beverage pump is installed, the location of the pump should be below the liquid level. If the actual requirement is higher than the suction level, the pump must be pumped before opening the stainless steel beverage pump. Confirm whether the rotating direction of the impeller is correct before use; whether the import and export interface is closed and firm, and whether the pump cover and the tank seal are in good condition. The stainless steel beverage pump and the medium contact part should be sterilized with steam in advance to ensure the hygiene of the production. The outlet of the stainless steel beverage pump should be installed with the butterfly valve to control the flow of the medium.

After use, CIF cleaning should be carried out immediately. When cleaning the stainless steel drink pump, the hot water can be circulated first, then the parts are removed, and the pump body and the tank are washed quickly. After the cleaning is completed, reinstall it.

If there is media leakage during the process of using stainless steel beverage pump, it can check the mechanical seal device and find out the specific leakage point. If the wear is serious or the seal parts are damaged, it should be repaired or replaced.
