It is worth noting that the magnetic pump has been repaired several times and can not be found out, and should pay attention to the normal work of the magnetic coupling. Bearings, internal magnetic rotors and spacers will generate heat during operation. This will increase the working temperature and decrease the transmission power on the one hand. On the other hand, it will cause great trouble to the magnetic pump for transporting easily vaporized liquids. So a magnetic pump should be designed to be a reliable cooling system. To not easy evaporation medium, the cooling system in general by the impeller outlet or the pump exit fluid flow, the bearing and magnetic drive part back to the suction population, easy evaporation medium, should increase the heat exchanger or tank flow leads to the outside of the pump, avoid heat back to the suction inlet, have solid impurities or ferromagnetic impurities should be considered medium filter, medium to high temperature, you should consider cooling, to ensure that the magnetic coupling does not exceed the working temperature limit. When considering whether the speed is enough, it is necessary to check whether the speed of the motor itself is normal or not. It can be measured by tachometer. When the motor speed is normal, we can consider whether there will be slipping of magnetic coupling.

(4) lack of lift. The causes of this kind of failure are: air in the conveying medium, the damage of the impeller, the insufficient speed, the excessive proportion of the conveying liquid and the large flow of the flow.

(5) insufficient flow. The main causes of insufficient flow are the damage of the impeller, the low speed, the high lift, and the clogging of the pipe.
