Maintenance method of each component of centrifugal pump

1. Repair method of packing seal

1. Cleaning the packing box of the centrifugal pump and checking the scratches and burrs on the surface of the shaft. The packing box should be cleaned and the shaft surface should be smooth.

2, check the shaft beating, the imbalance of the rotor should be in the allowable range, so as to avoid excessive vibration and unfavorable to the packing.

3. A sealing agent or a lubricant adapted to the medium in the packing box and on the surface of the shaft.

4, to roll into the packaging packing, take root and shaft neck with the same size. The stuffing wrapped around it, and then with a knife cut, the blade is the best 45&deg slope.

5, the packing should be filled by the root, and no one should be filled at once. The method is to take a filler and smear it with lubricant. One end of each hand holds the interface of the filler, and it is pulled along the axial direction to make it spiral. Then it is inserted into the axle neck from the incision. It is not allowed to pull apart along the radial direction, so as to avoid the uneven interface.

6, take a metal sleeve with the same size material or lower shaft hardness of the stuffing box, push the packing into the deep part of the box, and apply pressure on the shaft sleeve to exert certain pressure, so that the filler is pre compressed. The pre compression is 5%~10%, the maximum to 20%. Then turn the shaft for one week and take out the sleeve.

7. In the same way, fill in second and third. Note that when the number of filler is 4~8, the interface should be interlocked with each other when 90&deg is loaded. Two packings are staggered 180&deg, and the 3~6 ones are stagger 120&deg, so as to prevent leakage through the interface.

8. After the last filling is finished, the pressure cap is pressed, but the pressure should not be too large. At the same time, the shaft is rotated by hand so that the assembly pressure tends to parabolic distribution. Then just relax the lid. 9, carry out the operation test, if not sealed, then press some packing; if the fever is too large, it will relax a little. So it can be put into use only when it is only drop - like leakage and little fever (the temperature of the filling part can only be 30~40 degrees centigrade higher than the ambient temperature).

The technical requirements of the packing seal of the centrifugal pump and the installation of packing seal should be in accordance with the technical documents. If there is no provision, the following requirements should be met:

1, check the radial runout of the shaft at the sealing part, and the allowable radial runout of the shaft is within the range of 0.03~0.08mm.

2, the diameter gap between the liquid seal ring and the shaft sleeve is generally 1.00~1.50mm, and the diameter gap between the liquid seal ring and the packing box is generally 0.15~0.20mm.

3, the diameter gap of the stuffing cover and the shaft sleeve is generally 0.75~1.00mm, and the surrounding clearance should be uniform.

4, the diameter gap of packing chamber and packing box is generally 0.10~0.30mm.

5. When the bottom ring is packed, the gap between the bottom ring and the shaft sleeve is generally 0.70~1.00mm.

6, after the packing is pressed, the liquid seal should be aligned with the liquid seal, or the liquid seal ring is slightly to the outside.

7, to roll into the packaging packing, take a stick with the axis of the same size with the filler, wrapped around it, and then with a knife cut, the best incision is 45° slope. Two. The technical standard small machine pump coupling is mainly composed of rigid coupling, tooth coupling and elastic coupling.

Three, rigid coupling rigid coupling is generally used in centrifugal pump with small power, maintenance, first remove the bolts and rubber elastic ring, the liquid temperature is not high, the 2.5 coupling plane gap is 2.2~4.2mm, when the temperature is high, should be 1.55~2.05mm larger than the axial channeling. The rubber elastic ring of the coupling should be 0.15~0.35mm smaller than the diameter of the perforation. At the same time, we must use special tools when disassembling and disassemble, keep smooth and clean, and do not allow bruises to scratch. Four. The tooth couplings with tooth couplings have good flexibility and have automatic middle performance. In general, the following methods are used for maintenance.

1, check the meshing of the coupling surface of the coupling. The contact area is not less than 50% along the tooth height, and the width of the gear is not less than 70%. There are no serious pitting, wear and crack on the tooth surface.

2. The full circle of the gear ring outside the coupling is not more than 0.03mm, and the end of the end is not more than 0.02mm.

3, if the gear ring must be removed, a special tool must be used, not to be knocked, so as not to bend or damage the shaft. When reloading, the gear ring should be heated to about 200 centigrade and then installed on the shaft. The amount of interference of the outer ring and the shaft is generally 0.01~0.03mm.

4. When installing the middle socket or other parts, it should be assembled according to the original mark and data.

5. Tighten the bolt evenly with a torque wrench. Five, diaphragm elastic coupling

1, cleaning and checking the surface of 2.5 couplings, there should be no crack and wear on the surface of the 2.5 couplings. The surface fitted with the intermediate sleeve should be smooth and burr free. The coaxality deviation of the two axle couplings should be less than 0.003mm.

2. Cleaning and checking the spring sheet should be free from cracks and deformation.

3, cleaning and checking the bolts, the surface should be free of cracks, wear and deformation.

4, find the correct requirements: axial ± 0.03mm, radial ± 0.05mm.
