1, if there is no water after closing, there is no “ buzz ” noise indicates that the motor circuit is blocked. It may be the power system is cut off, the line is blocked, or the motor stator winding is burned out. In this case, we should check the line first. If there is no problem, we will take the pump to check the stator windings of the motor. If burned, it should be overhauled, and the winding should be removed again.

2, although there is &ldquo after the closure, buzzing ” sound, but not water, indicating that the motor has current through, but does not turn, should be checked immediately. There may be several reasons for this phenomenon:

(1) the cable, the switch connection or the stator windings of the motor are not through, forming two phase operation, the motor can not start, and the power should be checked.

The voltage is too low, the starting torque of the motor is insufficient and can not be started. Besides common common reasons, voltage may be too large or too small for the cable lead to cause too much voltage drop. Cable number should be replaced or the power transformer should be moved closer to the pump station.

The impeller was stuck debris, or guide bearing and shaft occlusal locking, such as the voltage is normal and not starting, may be the impeller or shaft is stuck, should be provided for inspection, handling pump.
