The man-made failures of the stainless steel multistage pump have the following aspects:
(1) the lack of lubricating oil or the selected lubricating oil is not in conformity with the requirements.
The centrifugal pumps of different types, different ambient temperatures and different speeds should choose different lubricating oils, and high temperature should be used. During the operation of the centrifugal pump, we should keep the oil road smooth and lubricate well, and carry out the five order and three stage filter. After the new replacement of the bearing, the operation of 100h should be cleaned and changed, and then each running 1000~1500h will change oil and oil, and each operation is 2000~2400h for oil change.
(2) the process flow error (operation error).
The correct way of operation of centrifugal pump should be: first, open the inlet valve, close the outlet valve and start the motor. After the normal speed is turned on, the outlet valve can be gradually opened and adjusted to the required working condition.
(3) the rotating direction of the machine pump is wrong.
In such a case, it should be shut down immediately. For motor, it is necessary to change any two phases in the three-phase power supply. If it is a diesel engine, the connection way of the belt should be considered.
(4) improper maintenance and not timely.
Attention should be paid to the maintenance of centrifugal pumps in the rated range, no empty operation, attention should be paid to avoid cavitation and steam binding, and inspection should be strengthened to replace worn and sealed parts in time.
