The main reasons for the leakage of the ring seal ring are: the deformation of the gland and the unevenness of the pretension force; Incorrect installation; The sealing ring quality is not up to standard; The sealing ring selection is not correct.

The actual use effect indicates that the parts with the most failure of the sealing elements are moving, the end face of the static ring, the sealing of the centrifugal pump machine, and the appearance of cracks in the static ring face is a common failure phenomenon. The main reasons are as follows:

When the sealing surface is too large during installation, it is too late to remove the heat generated by the friction pair; Washing fluid leakage from the sealing surface, resulting in overheating and damage.
