The 2XZ direct coupled rotary vane vacuum pump is a two stage high speed direct coupled rotary vane vacuum pump. This pump is the basic equipment for vacuum extraction of the sealed container to extract gas. It can be used alone or as a pre pump and pre pump for all kinds of high vacuum system.

1. working principle and structure
The pump is a volumetric pump, which operates continuously with the help of sliding vane in the pump chamber. The volume of the pump chamber is divided into two different regions, and the volume is expanded and reduced periodically, and the gas is sucked into, compressed and discharged, so that the container is vacuumed.
The pump is driven by two workshops in series and the same speed at the same speed. The pump is pumped by the front pump cavity. After being compressed, it is pumped into the back stage pump chamber and then compressed. The pump chamber is discharged.

2. use methods and precautions
First unscrew the figure 1 14 gas plug, gas from the gas hole in 2/3 (due to oil standard factory transport, vacuum pump oil pump cavity without filling). 2. According to the regulations, connect the power supply line (three phase motor should pay attention to the direction of motor rotation should be consistent with the arrow on the pump support), remove the rubber stopper cap on the exhaust pipe 17, turn it by air, then start working normally.
The connecting pipe with the inlet pipe of the pump should not be too long. Pay attention to the inspection of the pipe, joint and container outside the vacuum pump. Otherwise, it will affect the limit vacuum and the life of the vacuum pump.
The pump working conditions: temperature 5-40 DEG C, relative humidity is less than 85%, the inlet pressure is less than 1.3× 103Pa under the working conditions of the pumping speed above 0.5L/s vacuum pumps are equipped with gas ballast valve. If the relative humidity is high, can open the gas valve to pump oil purification, purification and prolong the use of oil pump time. After the purification is finished, it is closed to death in time.
The pump air inlet is open continuously through the atmosphere and must not exceed 3min.
